How long temazepam stays in your system depends on a number of factors that are personal to you and the type of drug test used.

Variables include your weight, age, metabolism, how long you have been taking the drug for, the dosage, your body fat percentage and general health.

As a guideline temazepam can be detected in your system by the following drug tests for the following lengths of time:

Urine: A typical therapeutic dose of temazepam is detectable in urine for 5-7 days. A heavy temazepam dependence can be detected in urine for up to 6 weeks

Blood: Temazepam only remains detectable in blood for up to 24 hours

Saliva: Temazepam is detectable in saliva for 24-72 hours

Hair: Temazepam is detectable in a hair strand test for up to 3 months
